I happen to have the HKS (the non-silent version though but that's kinda irrelevant) as well as the rear lip. The lip is still uncut but fits perfectly. No issues whatsoever.

There is actually some guy who wants to produce new parts in ABS for the S13. Maybe you can convince him to make new Z edition lips. ;)

cause i run the Invidia G2 which has 125mm Endpipe and i dont wann hang the whole exhaustsystem too low because of ground clearance
